You need one Windows PC that stays powered on and connected to the internet — that's what makes Clapzo different, not a limitation. Every video is rendered locally, on your PC; your clips are never uploaded to Clapzo's servers, and there's no cloud queue to wait behind. The internet connection is just for Telegram itself — receiving your messages, fetching a video from a link you send, and sending the finished file back to your phone.
Only if you want the editable CapCut project export — your video renders either way without it. Install CapCut Desktop (official download) — it auto-updates, so you'll get whatever's current. We build and test against version 8.9.1; if a future CapCut update ever breaks the export, message us and we'll patch it fast.

If you have CapCut installed, unlocking the editable project adds the captions or quotes as real text layers on your timeline, so you can tweak font, color, timing, or position before you post. No CapCut? You still get the finished video, just without the editable layer.
