Clapzo — Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Clapzo software (currently: Clapzo Quotes, Clapzo Captions). By purchasing, downloading, or activating a Clapzo product, you agree to them. Clapzo is operated by Clapzo, based in France.
What you’re getting
Clapzo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product on a single device. This license is tied to your device at the time of activation — activating on a new device (a new PC, or after reinstalling Windows) requires contacting us to transfer it.
What you can’t do
- Redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense your copy or your license key to anyone else.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the license activation system.
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates Telegram’s own terms of service (Clapzo requires your own Telegram account and bot token to function).
Violating these terms may result in your license being revoked without refund.
Third-party services
Clapzo integrates with Telegram and, optionally, with CapCut (a video editing app made by a separate company). Clapzo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram or CapCut/ByteDance. We aren’t responsible for changes those services make that affect how Clapzo works.
No warranty
Clapzo is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we’ll do our best to help if something’s not working — see our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clapzo isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France.
