Yes. Windows flags any small, independent app that isn’t yet from a large, pre-verified publisher — it’s not a sign of a virus. Click “More info,” then “Run anyway.” We’re working toward a verified publisher certificate as Clapzo grows.
You need one Windows PC that stays powered on and connected to the internet — that's what makes Clapzo different, not a limitation. Every video is rendered locally, on your PC; your clips are never uploaded to Clapzo's servers, and there's no cloud queue to wait behind. The internet connection is just for Telegram itself — receiving your messages, fetching a video from a link you send, and sending the finished file back to your phone.
Only if you want the editable CapCut project — your video renders either way without it. Install CapCut Desktop (official download) — it auto-updates, so you'll get whatever's current. We build and test against version 8.9.1; if a future CapCut update ever breaks the project, message us and we'll patch it fast.
